Anna Silk is the daughter of Peter Silk and Ilkay Silk. Ilkay Silk has been an actor, director, producer, playwright and teacher for St. Thomas University. Her father hails from Britain as does her mother, who is a "Turkish English-Cypriot expat." Anna's early memories involve attending rehearsals for plays and observing her mother at working. While still a small kid, she made the rounds in a variety of commercials. Anna was transferred to Toronto and moved to Los Angeles in 1999. Seth Cooperman was introduced to Anna in Los Angeles at an acting workshop in 2007. The two were engaged by 2009. Anna has since converted to Judaism at the time and Seth Cooperman got married in December of 2010 in Fredericton. In April of 2011, they renewed their wedding vows with the traditional Jewish ceremony. Bo's relationship and Lauren (played by Zoie Palmer) was featured in the list of CNN's all-time favorite Television Couples and was named the top Television Couple of 2013 by E! Entertainment Television. Anna's fame on social media increased as a result of Anna's show.
